HOW I WORK

I prefer to work in a way that is clear and structured. Before anything else, I take time to understand what is actually being asked and what the end result should look like. Once that is clear, I focus on organizing the work in a way that makes it easier to execute and track.

Just to paint a picture, I follow these three simple steps:

UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM

I start by asking questions and defining the goal properly such as; What is the objective? Who is this for? What constraints are there?

Getting clarity at the beginning prevents confusion in the future.

BREAK IT DOWN

Once the first step is understood. I like to divide the work into smaller steps. I look at what needs to be done first, what depends on what and where risks might appear while keeping the main objective in mind. It helps me avoid being overwhelmed and keeps the process realistic.

EXECUTE WITH FOCUS

When it is time to execute, I rely on steady progress by documenting key check points, ensuring that everything is in line with what is required and making any necessary adjustments. I value consistency over rushing through a projects
